Terms of Sale

The terms that apply when you order from Pewpal.

Last updated: September 22, 2026

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from Pewpal through mypewpal.com (the "Site"), operated by Pewpal, based in California's Central Valley. Pewpal is sold online only; we do not sell in person or at any church. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

Pewpal sells the Pewpal hook-on reading stand, a design-patent-pending product (USPTO #30/061,684), in the colors, tiers, and configurations shown on the Site at the time of your order. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that colors, finishes, or images are perfectly free of minor variation from the physical product.

Orders & Payment

All orders are placed and paid for through our embedded checkout, powered by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, at our discretion.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping typically takes 3–4 weeks for production and delivery, as noted on the Site. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. See our Refund & Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund process is described in full in our Refund & Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

The Pewpal name, logo, product design (design patent pending, USPTO #30/061,684), and all content on the Site — including text, images, and the 360° product tours — are the property of Pewpal or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pewpal's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Pewpal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
