Our satisfaction guarantee, how returns work, and what to expect on shipping.

We want every Pewpal to fit right in your pew or seat. If it doesn't fit your seating within 30 days of delivery, reach out with a few photos of your seat back and we'll either customize a Pewpal for your specific seating or send you a return label — whichever works best for you. Outside of fit, our guarantee covers damaged or defective product (see Damaged in Transit below). Anything else is handled case-by-case — just reach out and we'll work with you.
To start a return, email maxx@mypewpal.com or use our contact form with your order details, and we'll walk you through the process. Returned items should be in their original condition and original packaging.
If your Pewpal arrived damaged, please don't send it back yet — see Damaged in Transit below first.
If your order arrives damaged, please don't discard the box or packaging materials. Take photos of both the item and the packaging (inside and out) and email them to maxx@mypewpal.com within 7 days of delivery. Once we've reviewed the photos, we'll send you a replacement along with a prepaid return label to ship the damaged unit back — at no cost to you.
Our guarantee treats a Pewpal as functional when it hooks securely onto standard seat-back rails (approximately 1 to 3 inches thick) and holds your Bible, tablet, hymnal, or notepad as intended, without structural failure. This is separate from cosmetic blemishes (see below) and from damage caused by heat exposure (see Heat & Storage Care below) — neither of those is considered a functional defect.
Blemished and display units are sold at a discount due to cosmetic imperfections only — nothing structural. The same functional guarantee applies to these units as to full-price orders.
Once a return is received (or a replacement is approved through our Damaged in Transit process), we'll process your refund or send your replacement, typically within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's issued. Depending on your bank, a refund may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders take approximately 3–4 weeks from purchase to delivery. Standard shipping is a flat $8.22 for single-unit orders; Family and Church multi-packs ship free.
If your order arrives damaged, see Damaged in Transit above.
Pewpal's materials are heat-tolerant up to about 130–140°F. Temperatures above 140°F — which a closed vehicle can reach quickly on a hot day — can cause the material to soften and warp. Please don't store or leave your Pewpal inside a closed vehicle in hot weather. Heat damage of this kind is a storage and care issue rather than a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, and isn't covered by our satisfaction guarantee or return policy.
Pewpal is built to hold up through years of faithful use, but our guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or use other than as intended — for example, dropping or throwing it, standing or sitting on it, forcing it onto a seat back it isn't designed for, or any modification to the product. Normal wear from regular use is expected and welcomed; damage from mishandling isn't something we're able to cover.
We're a small, church-run ministry and want every order to be a good experience. Email maxx@mypewpal.com any time — we read and respond to every message personally.
